Arthur Whalley (17 February 1886 – 23 November 1952) was an English football player. He played as a wing half.
Arthur Whalley was one of eight players to be banned for life by the FA after a match-fixing scandal during the 1914-15 season. Whalley made 106 appearances for Manchester United between 1909 and 1920, scoring 6 goals.
