The 3 arrondissements of the Eure department are:

  1. Arrondissement of Les Andelys, (subprefecture: Les Andelys) with 175 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 125,594 in 1990, and was 135,740 in 1999, an increase of 8.08%.
  2. Arrondissement of Bernay, (subprefecture: Bernay) with 263 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 126,659 in 1990, and was 131,050 in 1999, an increase of 3.47%.
  3. Arrondissement of Évreux, (prefecture of the Eure department: Évreux) with 18 cantons and 237 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 261,565 in 1990, and was 274,264 in 1999, an increase of 4.86%.
