  2. Arrondissement of Tulle, (prefecture of the Corrèze department: Tulle) with 118 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 80,995 in 1990, and was 76,997 in 1999, a decrease of 4.94%.
  3. Arrondissement of Ussel, (subprefecture: Ussel) with 69 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 36,773 in 1990, and was 34,429 in 1999, a decrease of 6.37%.
