  2. Arrondissement of Dijon, (prefecture of the Côte-d'Or department: Dijon) with 259 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 336,458 in 1990, and was 350,448 in 1999, an increase of 4.16%.
  3. Arrondissement of Montbard, (subprefecture: Montbard) with 253 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 67,031 in 1990, and was 64,176 in 1999, a decrease of 4.26%.
