Armoured Mechanized Guard Brigade or Guard Armoured Mechanized Brigade is the main component of the Croatian Army. The brigade is based in eastern Croatia with main headquarters being in Vinkovci.

Main Role

Brigade’s main role is defence of Croatia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty as well as participating in NATO and international peace support operations, plan and conduct brigade staff and units training in accordance with domestic international commitments.
