Aris Tatarounis (in Greek: Άρης Ταταρούνης; born on May 4, 1989 in Amaroussion, Greece) is a Greek professional basketball player. He is 1.92 m (6 ft 3 ¾ in) tall.

Tatarounis has played with AO Pagrati, Panathinaikos Athens, Panelefsiniakos, Ionikos NF.
Greek national team
Tatarounis has also been a member of the Greek junior national Under-16 and Under-18 teams, and he participated at the FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship and the Balkans Championship Under-18.
