"Archangel" is the third single and eponymous track of the Soulfly album Archangel, released in 2015.[1] The song is doomy from the beginning[2] but with thrashier choruses. In this song, prechorus tones are similar to the typical boss battles in 1980's 8-bit video games. The song's vibe is similar to the Deftones album Adrenaline.
The official music video for this song was released to YouTube on September 1, 2015.[3]
