Aptocyclus ventricosus, the smooth lumpfish, is a species of lumpfish native to the North Pacific where it is found at depths down to 1,700 metres (5,600 ft). This species grows to a length of 41 centimetres (16 in) TL. This species is the only known member of its genus.[1]
