Ramona Papaioannou (Greek: Ραμώνα Παπαϊωάννου; born 15 June 1989) is a Cypriot sprinter.[1] She competed in the 60 metres event at the 2014 IAAF World Indoor Championships.
Her father is former AEK Athens and Greece international, Pavlos Papaioannou.
