Angus Lloyd
In 1963,Henri Strzelecki, founded the Henri Lloyd clothing line in Manchester.[1] Under Lloyd and Strzelecki, the company became known for its pioneering use of new technologies and man-made materials in its apparel, including Velcro, Bri-Nylon, and Gore-Tex.[1]
Lloyd is the father of Christopher Lloyd (world history author), the author of the best-selling non-fiction book, What on Earth? Happened from the Big Bang to the Present Day, as well as a series of children's historical non-fiction Wallbook titles.
