Angeldust was an American Industrial music/magic project formed by Klay Scott and Criss Angel in 1995. The group only released one album, Musical Conjurings from World of Illusions in 1998, under the name Angeldust and three more albums in 2000 under Criss Angel's name.

History

Criss Angel initially called Klay Scott to pitch him an idea for a magic "demo project". Impressed with Angel's plans and illustrations for the project and in need of money, Scott agreed to help write and program the project's music.[1]

On the description of Angeldust, Scott stated, "Pretend James Cameron produced this movie".[1] A majority of the songs Scott and Angel produced for Angeldust were later used for Angel's reality show Criss Angel Mindfreak, in which Scott programmed and rearranged the show's theme song for the second season.
