Air Chief Marshal Andibuduge Walter Fernando VSV, NDC, PSC was the 7th Commander of the Sri Lankan Air Force. He was appointed on 1 May 1985 until 31 July 1990. He was succeeded by Makalandage Gunawardena.[1]
