Allmersbach im Tal is a municipality in Germany, in the Bundesland of Baden-Württemberg (formerly the kingdom of Württemberg), roughly 35 kilometers northeast of Stuttgart. Allmerbach im Tal belongs to the Rems-Murr district (Rems-Murr-Kreis) and lies in the Swabian-Franconian mountains (Schwäbisch-Fränkischen Bergland) near the town of Backnang.
The municipality of Allmerbach im Tal was formed in 1972 by uniting the two former independent municipalities Allmersbach and Heutensbach.
