Allan Ramsay (diplomat)
Sir Allan John Heppel Ramsay KBE CMG (born 1937) is a retired British diplomat.
Biography
Born on 19 October 1937, Ramsay was educated at Bedford School and at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was British Ambassador to the Lebanon, 1988-1990, British Ambassador to the Sudan, 1990-1991,[1] and British Ambassador to Morocco, 1992-1996.[2]
