Alexey Obukhov

Alexey Alexandrovich Obukhov (Russian: Алексе́й Алекса́ндрович О́бухов; born 12 November 1937 in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union, is a Russian diplomat,[1] Deputy Soviet Foreign Minister in 1990-1991, Deputy Russian Foreign Minister in 1990-1991, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Cand.Sc. (history) and author.

Early life

Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1961. Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, USSR in 1963.
