Alexandra Purvis (born January 27, 1988) is a Canadian actress, who is mostly remembered for her role as Kat Corrigan on the television series Poltergeist: The Legacy. In 1998, Alexandra was nominated for the Young Artist Award in the category Best Performance in a TV Movie/Pilot/Mini-Series - Young Actress Age Ten or Under for her participation in the 1997 TV movie Ronnie & Julie. In 2001, for her performance in Marine life, Purvis won the Leo Award for Best Performance by a Female in a Feature Length Drama.[1] She also appeared in the films, Agent Cody Banks, The Santa Clause 2, the TV Miniseries Taken and had roles in episodes of The Twilight Zone (2002) and Caitlin's Way. Her younger sister, Keely Purvis, is also an actress.
