Alejandro Vela (born 28 March 1984 in Cancún, Quintana Roo) is a Mexican footballer who is currently playing for Necaxa of the Ascenso MX.
He made his debut on 14 August 2004, for Chivas against Atlante.[3]
His younger brother, Carlos Vela, is a professional footballer currently playing in Spain for Real Sociedad.
