Alberto Suárez Inda (born 30 January 1939) is a Mexican prelate of the Catholic Church. He has served as Archbishop of Morelia since 1995.

On 4 January 2015, Pope Francis announced that he would make him a cardinal on 14 February.[1] At that ceremony, he was assigned the titular church of San Policarpo[2]

In April 2015 he was appointed a member of the Congregation for the Clergy; and of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace.
