Alberto Peluffo

Alberto Peluffo (born 10 September 1958) is an Italian teacher and researcher,[1] formerly Deputy Mayor of the City of Noli.

Alberto Peluffo was born in Savona, Liguria. After he graduated in Foreign Languages at the University of Genoa in 1983 Peluffo was appointed conversation teacher at the University College of North Wales, Bangor, UK. Thereafter he continued as English teacher in Italy. Peluffo was elected member of the Board of the City Council of Noli from 2004 to 2009 becoming Deputy Mayor of the City of Noli in a Center-Left Coalition.

Alberto Peluffo has also been president of the Antonio de Noli Academic Society in two periods, 2012 and 2014, and a member of the Board of the "Fondazione Culturale S. Antonio" of the City of Noli. He also conducted the editing of the book "Da Noli a Capo Verde" [2] comprising the proceedings of the International Research Conference on Antonio de Noli, City of Noli, 2010.[3]
