Akarotaxis nudiceps is a species of Antarctic dragonfish native to the Southern Ocean along the continental shelf of Antarctica. It is found at depths of from 371 to 915 metres (1,217 to 3,002 ft). This species grows to a length of 13 centimetres (5.1 in) SL. This species is the only known member of its genus.[1]
