Agnisakshi is an Indian Kannada language television serial that airs on Colors Kannada. It opened one of the highest TRPs in the history of Kannada television.[1]
Agnisakshi is related to Lakshmi Baramma serial (in the terms of Siddhartha's family being part of Lakshmi Baramma, Siddhartha liking a Chinnu, Chinnu appearing in many episodes at the start of the Agnisakshi serial and the "Lakshmi Baramma family" attending Sannidhi & Siddharth wedding), and Ashwini Nakahara serial(JK being part of the starting of Agnisakshi).
Plot
Agnisakshi is based on two families that are tied together by Sannidhi(a person who is ready to suffer the rest of her life for the happiness of another) & Siddharth's(a young loving businessman) unhappy marriage. Their marriage is arranged by Siddhartha's elder sister-in-law, Chandrika, who believes because Sannidhi is from a middleclass family she can be controlled and manipulated. As time progress the two fall in love, and Siddharth's younger brother Akhil and Sannidhi's younger sister Tanu also dream of their marriage. However their dreams along with Sannidhi & Siddharth's marriage will be continuously threatened by Chandrika and her younger sister who are all about taking control of Siddhartha's family.
