Agnieszka Lukasiak (born 18 December 1978 in Wrocław, Poland) is an award-winning film director based in Los Angeles, Stockholm and London.[1] She began her career by directing cinema released feature documentaries. She is now directing feature films.
Lukasiak came to Sweden in 1984 with her parents as refugees. [2] She graduated from the directing department of the Polish National Film School in Łódź in 2002. [3]
Awards
In 2006 she won the Nordic Documentary Award for her film Forgotten at the Nordisk Panorama Film Festival in Aarhus, Denmark.[4]
