Afrixalus upembae is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to Democratic Republic of the Congo, and can be found in Upemba National Park. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is a member of the unresolved Afrixalus quadrivittatus complex, and may prove to not be a valid species.
