Aethes vachelliana is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from California.[3]

The wingspan is 1317.5 mm. The inner two-thirds of the forewings is greyish-black and the outer third is cream. The hindwings are grey.[4]
