Adjumani Airport (ICAO: HUAJ) is an airport in Uganda. It is located in Adjumani District, West Nile Sub-region, Northern Uganda, in the town of Adjumani, close to the International border with South Sudan. The geographic coordinates of Adjumani Airport are: 3°20′19″N 31°46′08″E / 3.33850°N 31.76900°E / 3.33850; 31.76900. Its location is approximately 376 kilometres (234 mi), by air, north of Entebbe International Airport, the country’s largest civilian and military airport.[1]

Adjumani Airport is one of the forty-six (46) airports in the country.[2] It is a small civilian airport that serves the town of Adjumani. As of December 2009, the airport was not yet under the administration of the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority.[3] Situated at 2,611 feet (796 m) above sea level,[4] the airport has a single unpaved runway that measures 3,710 feet (1,130 m) long and 65 feet (20 m) wide.[5]
