Adam Price (screenwriter)
Adam Price (born 7 May 1967) is a Danish screenwriter and television chef. In his native Denmark he is publicly well-known both as a television host and a restaurant owner.
Price is known internationally for being the creator and main writer of the Danish TV political drama Borgen.[1] In 2012, he received the award for best international series at the BAFTAs. He shares it with Jeppe Gjervig Gram (a fellow writer on the series), Søren Kragh-Jacobsen (one of the show's directors), and Sidse Babett Knudsen (the show's lead actress).[2]
His father John Price was a famous Danish actor and theatre director. His ancestors moved to Denmark from London in the late 18th century.[3]
