ARTDOC (Army Training and Doctrine Command) consists of its headquarters, battle group and all the training institutions of the Bangladesh Army. The pioneer General Officer Commanding (GOC) of ARTDOC was Major General Md Zia-Ur-Rahman, ndc, psc.[1]
