    9964 Hideyonoguchi is a main belt asteroid. It orbits the Sun once every 3.88 years.[2]

    Discovered on February 13, 1992 by T. Seki, it was given the provisional designation "1992 CF1". It was later renamed "Hideyonoguchi" after Hideyo Noguchi, a bacteriologist who made important advances in medicine working at the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research.[3]
