The 6th Motor Brigade was a formation of the Australian Army during World War II. The brigade was converted in March 1942, from the 6th Cavalry Brigade, and converted again to the 6th Armoured Brigade in May 1942. The brigade was assigned to the 2nd Australian Motor Division on formation and did not see any active service.[1]
