2223 Sarpedon
2223 Sarpedon (1977 TL3) is a Jupiter Trojan discovered on October 4, 1977 at Purple Mountain Observatory and named after the Lycian hero Sarpedon from the Iliad.
Photometric observations of this asteroid during 1996 were used to build a light curve showing a rotation period of 22.741 ± 0.014 hours with a brightness variation of 0.14 ± 0.01 magnitude.[1]
