The 2016 Florida State Seminoles football team will represent Florida State University in the sport of American football during the 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Florida State plays at the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) level of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The Seminoles compete in the Atlantic Division of the Atlantic Coast Conference and will be lead by seventh year head coach Jimbo Fisher. Home games are played at Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee, Florida.
