2016 FINA Swimming World Cup

The 2016 FINA Swimming World Cup will be a series of nine two-day meets in nine different cities between August and October 2016. After switching to long-course (50 meter) pools in last year's pre-Olympic season, this edition will return to the usual short-course (25 meter pool) format.[1] There will be 34 events scheduled, but unlike two years ago (the last short-course edition) no mixed relays. The total prize money is US$ 2,178,000.[2] The first meet starts 13 days after the final day of the Olympic pool swimming program.
