- Notes
- ^ The match between Rogaška and Olimpija Ljubljana was not held.[5][6] The home side as the organizer of the event refused and was unable to meet the high financial demands of the local police to safeguard the event, which they have deemed as "high risk".[5][6] The side from Ljubljana qualified to the next round automatically.[5][6]
- ^ The match between Ilirija and Radomlje was originally scheduled to be played at the home venue of Ilirija, in Ljubljana.[7] However, because the turf at their stadium was undergoing a renovation the match was played in Radomlje.[7]
