The 2015–16 season is Leicester City's 111th season in the English football league system and their 48th (non-consecutive) season in the top tier of English football.[1] This season Leicester City participate in the Premier League for the second consecutive season as well as the FA Cup and League Cup. The season covers the period from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.

Leicester City entered the competition in the second round and were drawn away to Bury.[47] The third round draw was made on 25 August 2015 live on Sky Sports by Charlie Nicholas and Phil Thompson. Leicester City were drawn at home to West Ham United.[48]
