The ACC Under-19 Elite Cup 2013 was a cricket tournament organised by the ACC for Under-19 teams from its member nations being held in Malaysia on May 3–11, 2013. U-19 Teams of 10 member nations are participated in the tournament.[1][2]

This tournament was ninth of its version since it was first held in 1997 in Hong Kong. This is higher level of tournament of ACC Under-19 Cup, other being ACC Under-19 Challenge Cup. The tournament also serves as a qualification for the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup. The winner of the tournament would directly go to the world cup and as UAE was already selected as the host, runner-up would join the world cup if UAE won the final. In the final match of this tournament Afghanistan won UAE thus both teams got eligible to play in the world cup.
