The 2010–11 season was Forest Green Rovers's 13th consecutive season in The Football Conference, the top division of England's Non-League football structure. The Nailsworth based club also competed in the FA Cup and the FA Trophy. They ended the Conference season with a 20th place league finish which saw them finish just above the relegation zone.

Dave Hockaday began his first full season as first team boss while green energy tycoon Dale Vince launched a takeover of the club in August.[1] After initially becoming a majority shareholder, he was appointed chairman in October.[2]
