The 2009 NCRHA Division II Collegiate Roller Hockey National Championships involved 16 schools playing in a round robin followed by a single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of NCRHA Division II college roller hockey. The tournament began on April 2, 2009 and ended with the championship game on April 5.

Grand Valley State, coached by Bob Fisher, won its first national title with a 9-7 victory in the championship game over Central Michigan.

Central Michigan Forward Jason Yokubison led the tournament in scoring with 20 goals and 15 assists for 35 points in 7 games.
