The 2006-07 Dallas Mavericks season was the team's 27th in the NBA. They began the season hoping to improve upon their 60-22 output from the previous season. They improved by seven wins, finishing 67-15, qualifying for the playoffs for the seventh consecutive season.[1] In the first round, however, it was not meant to be as they lost to the eight-seeded Golden State Warriors in six games.
