2006–07 Kilmarnock F.C. season

In the 2006–07 season Kilmarnock Football Club competed in their seventh Scottish Premier League campaign, and also in the Scottish Cup and Scottish League Cup. Kilmarnock's competitive season opened with a 4–1 defeat against league champions Celtic, and drew to a close with a 1–0 win against Hearts on 20 May. Kilmarnock finished in 5th place for the second consecutive season, and enjoyed both a win and a draw against Rangers, both their first under manager Jim Jefferies.

In the Scottish Cup they were beaten 3–1 by First Division club Morton in the 3rd round, although results fared better in the League Cup. They reached their first final since 2001, although they were resoundly beaten 5–1 by Hibernian.
