1st Brigade (Syrian rebel group)

The 1st Brigade is a secular Syrian rebel group affiliated with the Free Syrian Army that was armed with U.S.-made BGM-71 TOW anti-tank missiles. The group operates in the Daraa Governorate^[1] and Damascus Governorate.^[2] It follows a wider trend of using a military-style name.^[1]
