The 1st Brigade is a secular Syrian rebel group affiliated with the Free Syrian Army that was armed with U.S.-made BGM-71 TOW anti-tank missiles. The group operates in the Daraa Governorate[1] and Damascus Governorate.[2] It follows a wider trend of using a military-style name.[1]
