The Arab Cup Winners' Cup (Arabic: بطولة الأندية العربية لأبطال الكؤوس) was a football competition that started in 1989 and merged with the Arab Club Champions Cup in 2002 to form the Prince Faysal bin Fahad Tournament for Arab Clubs. It was a competition between the winning clubs of national cup competitions in Arab nations.

The 1994 edition was the 5th tournament, and was won by Egyptian side Al-Ahly. The edition was held from 10 to 19 March 1995 in Cairo.

The eight teams were drawn into two groups of four. Each group was played on one leg basis. The winners and runners-up of each group advanced to the semi-finals.
