The 1898 Drake Bulldogs football team represented Drake University during the 1898 college football season. It was the sixth year for the football program. The season ended with an 4–2 record, Drake's first winning season. The Bulldogs concluded the season with a 6–5 win Nebraska, crowning them as the best team in the west for 1898.
