13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi is a 2014 historical action book by American author Mitchell Zuckoff, about the 2012 Benghazi attack by militants at the American diplomatic compound on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya. The book is an account from the point of view of the compound's defenders, and does not address any of the political controversy surrounding the attacks.

The book was adapted into the 2016 film 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, directed by Michael Bay.[1]
