    12311 Ingemyr (1992 EO6) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on March 1, 1992,[1] by UESAC located at La Silla.[2]

    It is named in honor of the astronomer Mikael Ingemyr, born on January 8, 1991, in Sweden. Ingemyr was awarded the naming of this asteroid for having won the international competition The Universe - yours to discover with the Nordic telescope during the International Year of Astronomy 2009.[3]
