Łukasz Maria Abgarowicz [ˈwukaʂ abɡaˈrɔvit͡ʂ] (born October 18, 1949 in Bydgoszcz) is a Polish politician.[1] He was elected to Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 8239 votes in 16 Płock district, candidating from Civic Platform list.
He graduated from the Veterinary Technical Faculty of Warsaw University of Life Sciences in 1972. He worked as a race horse trainer at Warsaw State Horse Race Tracks between 1972- and 1988. 1988 to 1990 was the corporate development representative of the board of directors of Inar Company in Warsaw served as chairman of the board of directors of Warnet Company (until 1999). Between 1999 and 2002 - chairman of the supervisory board of Dom Development Company S.A. He was also a member of Sejm 2001-2005. He also has five children and is a member of the national council of the Civic Platform Party of Poland.[2]
Abgarowicz is Senator since 2007.
