Edinho (born 31 May 1982 in Cariacica) is a Brazilian–Iranian footballer who plays as a forward.[1]
Club Career
Mes Kerman
He played for Mes Kerman in the 2008–09 season. He joined UAE Pro League side Al Sharjah in summer of 2011. He returned to Mes on 1 July 2013,[1] and helped Mes to qualify to the Hazfi Cup final for the first time in its history by scoring two goals against Esteghlal on 3 February 2014.
Edinho scored 8 goals in 28 league appearances before leaving the club for a second time.
Tractor Sazi F.C.
On 26 July 2014, Edinho agreed to a one-year contract with Tractor Sazi, and he signed the contract on the following day.[2] On 31 July 2014, Edinho came on in his first game as a substitute against Foolad and scored a goal in the 81st minute to give Tractor a 2–1 lead.
Al Sailiya
Edinho joined Qatar Stars League club Al Sailiya in July 2015.[3]
Desportiva
On 28 January 2016, aged almost 33, Edinho returned to his country and signed a one-year contract with Desportiva.
