Zuhair Hamed Fayez

Dr. Zuhair Hamed Fayez is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zuhair Fayez Partnership, an Architectural, Engineering, and IT solutions consultancy firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the head of ZFP, he is known to hire rather than fire staff during the financial crisis, diversified into other disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering and Information Technology (IT), as well as one of the first to train and employ female architects.[1]

Zuhair Fayez was awarded an honorary degree by the University of Colorado at Boulder (CU-Boulder) for being a notable alumni and his contributions to the field.[2]
