Zucchini flower

Kolokythoanthoi are often served with a dollop of yogurt on the side.

Zucchini flowers or courgette flowers are the flower of the zucchini/courgette plant.

Culinary uses

The flowers have a subtle flavour, reminiscent of young zucchinis, and can be eaten raw.[1]

The flowers are also frequently stuffed and cooked (Greek language: Kolokythoanthoi, Turkish language: Kabak çiçeği dolması) being a family of stuffed vegetable dishes, or dolma, in the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire.
