After graduating in Physics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1999), he started to dedicate his life to music, both in performance and teaching. With SPES, he produced a turné in Europe in 2008, premiering his piano trio in Béjar, Madrid, Paris, Budapest and London.

Paulinyi produces festivals in Brasília since 2002. Currently he is artistic director for International Early Music Festival in Araripe, and SPES International Contemporary Music Series in Brasília,[2] both for 2009.
