Zoe Higgins

Zoe Higgins is a fictional character in James Joyce's novel Ulysses. She is a namesake of Leopold Bloom's mother[1] and is a worker in Bella Cohen's brothel. She plays an important role in the "Nighttown" sequence of the novel. She is the first to lure Bloom into the brothel[2] and later steals his potato and dances with Stephen Dedalus.[2]
